Mindful game to play : Mancala (3s-6 & up)
Check out these mindful activities and guided meditation just for kids.
Mindful game to play (all ages):
Blowing bubbles. Encourage your kids to focus on taking a deep, slow breath, and exhaling steadily to fill the bubble. Ask them to pay close attention to the bubbles as they form, detach, and pop or float away. Simple, fun!
Blindfolded taste tests. Use a blindfold for each child and have them experience eating a small food, like a raisin or a cranberry, as if it was their first time eating it and talk about the sensations with them.
